Experimental initiative of the Demographic Service, which offers on the day of Tuesday 30 April a open day with extraordinary afternoon opening (from 3pm to 6pm) for the issue of 50 electronic identity cards (CIE) without reservation.

The initiative is reserved only for residents of Bitonto.

Interested citizens will have free access, in order of arrival, to the municipal registry offices in Piazza Marconi until the aforementioned number of CIEs are exhausted, determined on the basis of the average times necessary for the card issuing procedure and the number of operators available.

It is clear that, since it is generalized access without reservation and therefore not staggered, waiting times could on average be higher than normal, in the case of high and concentrated turnout at the counters.

Finally, please remember that to obtain the issue of an identity document you must present yourself with the old document (expired, expiring or damaged), a recent passport photo and the health card for the identification of the tax code.
It is possible to pay the cost of the card only with electronic payment instruments or PagoPA.
