Viterbo – Cavini-Frontini case, the municipality becomes a civil party. This is requested by the opposition, which is preparing a specific agenda.

The story is that of the dinner at the home of the former majority councilor Marco Bruzziches, attended by the mayor Chiara Frontini and her husband Fabio Cavini and during which the latter allegedly uttered phrases such as: “If I want to do harm, I understand who in your family status is weaker and then I’m going to hit that person.” And added: “Unfortunately I am his black soul and that is why I am very hated, because sometimes I have to do very bad things.” Towards Bruzziches himself, who then took everything to via Borsellino and for whom the request for immediate judgment was made by prosecutors Siddi and Capezzuto, on charges of threatening a political body.
An affair which according to the opposition sees Palazzo dei Priori as an injured party in some way. “The image published in the national press is certainly not the best – explains Andrea Micci (Lega) – then the sentences that were published and never denied”.
Hence the request: “We mandate the mayor and council to commit themselves to appointing a lawyer and becoming a civil party, if the immediate judgment is confirmed.”
This is the formula with which an agenda is prepared. Then it will be clarified how to do it, since the mayor would find herself in a “conflict of interest”, being directly affected by the judgment and then also called upon to protect the administration. As long as we get there in judgment.
The investigation started from a complaint presented by councilor Marco Bruzziches in December, after a dinner at his home on 26 September last year, during which Cavini allegedly said: “If I want to do harm, I understand who of yours family status is weaker and then I go to hit that person.” And added: “Unfortunately I am his black soul and that is why I am very hated, because sometimes I have to do very bad things.” At the time Bruzziches was the majority municipal councilor and heritage delegate.
