They were the ones who convinced her to report the violence that she had suffered from her partner for months his mother and brother as well as friends. Then everything changed and for weeks the two family members and friends reunited to collect his confidences: dramatic stories, in which shouting, insults, pushing and beatings were a constant. And there were also hospital bulletins: four broken ribs were reported by doctors at an emergency room in Romagna after a couple’s argument.
The victim of the violence is a blackmailed lawyer from Rimini
The victim of the alleged violence is a 47 year old lawyer from Rimini, the torturer is a sixty-four-year-old from Rimini, married who had decided to live with her some time ago: he is now under investigation for mistreatment but also for revenge porn. On several occasions she had threatened to spread videos which portrayed the woman in intimacy with him if she had told others or reported his violence.
The precautionary measure of removal has been ordered
In light of the investigations coordinated by the public prosecutor of Rimini Davide Ercolani, the investigating judge Vinicio Cantarini ordered the precautionary measure of removal: he must stay at least 500 meters away from the woman and carry the electronic bracelet. Defended by the lawyer Simone Campolattano, the man availed himself of the right not to respond. Emails that would have come into the possession of some of the victim’s family members who would then have convinced the 47 year old to leave the man considered responsible for the violence and to report him. According to what we learn about sixty-four years old they would take old complaints filed by some of her former companions, always for violence.
