The great revelation of Hellas Verona from January onwards is called Tijani Noslin (24 years). Arriving in the very lively winter transfer market of the Verona club, the Dutch striker was able to immediately represent an additional weapon for the team and for its coach Baroni, who thanks to his ability to play both wider and more centrally in the defensive department attack, he was able to use it in various capacities.
The impact of the class of 1999 with Serie A was up to par, even something beyond, and perhaps the contribution he made to the Scaligera cause is not even clear from the simple numbers. Three goals in around 900 minutes in which he took to the field with the Verona shirt, but also many good performances, assists and sometimes a score opened with the bad luck that saw him hit the post, as for example in the last match of championship won 1-0 against Udinese.

Or it would be better to write not costs, as Verona didn’t have to spend a single euro to purchase Noslin. The reason? A previous debt that the transferring Eredivisie club, Fortuna Sittard (to which the Scaligeri had in the past, for example, sold the goalkeeper Pandur) had contracted with Verona and which in the end was paid off precisely with the insertion of the Noslin.
