Andrea Danusso, an eighteen-year-old centaur, dies. A 17 year old loses his life in Aosta

He died in a tragic accident that occurred this morning, Sunday 5 May, at 12th Monale d’Asti motorbike rally. The eighteen-year-old was the victim Andrea Danusso, from Priocca d’Alba (Wedge).

The boy he lost control of his motorcycle while hiking and crashed into the guardrail in a nearby town, a Cortances. The victim was part of a group of motorcyclists who left Monale in the morning, where she was supposed to return. Andrea Danusso lived with his family in Priocca, the father is the owner of an agricultural company.

A tragic day on the roads marked by another fatal accident. A 17-year-old died in an accident in motion occurred at Saint Pierre, a few kilometers from Aosta. Another young man was taken by ambulance to the Parini hospital in the regional capital. The events occurred in the early afternoon, on the town’s hill. After the call to the single rescue centre, the air ambulance intervened on site, with the 118 doctor and the technicians of the Aosta Valley Alpine Rescue. The investigations are entrusted to the Carabinieri of the Aosta Company.

The victim of the accident is a local young man, Michael Barailler, born in 2007. The driver, a 16-year-old boy, was injured and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Parini hospital in Aosta. The motorbike ended up on an embankment in the Babelon area, along a municipal road that leads to the Salassi road, where today many people flocked to watch two special stages of the Valle d’Aosta Rally.
