Clashes between fans during Perugia-Pineto: another 18 Daspo issued

Violent match last March 23 at Curi, where there were also three arrests by Digos

The Perugia Police Headquarters has issued 18 Daspo measures against the Grifo ultras who were involved in the clashes between fans which occurred on 23 March during the Perugia-Pineto football match.
The match was suspended in the twenty-fifth minute due to the huge brawl that broke out between various organized groups of Perugia fans.
The match ended 2-2 with goals from Sannipoli and Teraschi for Pineto, while Iannoni and Seghetti scored for Grifo.

These 18 measures are in addition to the other measures issued on 28 March by the police commissioner of Perugia against three other fans arrested by Digos following the clashes.
All these subjects are now banned from participating in football sporting events, the Italian Cup, international cups and championships for a period ranging from five to ten years. The 18 fans will be prohibited from accessing and staying within 400 meters of stadiums, public car parks of sports facilities, training and retreat locations for football teams, as well as within 200 meters of other places frequented during sporting events.
