Acerra, up to the fourth line of the waste-to-energy plant and the Environmental Intelligence Unit has been established

The Unitary Committee No. 4th line of the Acerra incinerator, we read in the press release issued, has recently continued, often even in silence, to make steps forward.
Today, in fact, they were heard in the joint environment and health commission of the Campania Region, in the presence of the relevant presidents, the vice-president and councilor for the environment, as well as several regional councilors.
The members of the Committee, supported by Dr. Marfella and Montano (leading experts in the environmental and health sector) have excellently reiterated the well-founded reasons of the Acerra community, therefore obtaining two fundamental results:
1) An administrative act will be approved shortly in which any possibility of creating the fourth line will be definitively eliminated;
2) The definitive establishment of the Environmental Intelligence Unit (UIA) which will have the objective of investigating the health/environment connection, with particular reference to the Acerrano territory and which will include scientists of national caliber above the parties.
The discussion will continue, the members of the committee say, also for the very definition of the members of the Unit mentioned above.
