The solidarity emporium, the shop in Via Montereale that distributes food to families and individuals in difficulty, turns five and tells 3 thousand stories, the number of people reached with the 516 families activated. As the manager of the store, Tatiana Pillot, explains, behind the solidarity enterprise there are the diocesan and parish Caritas Listening Centres, the Evangelical Baptist Church of Pordenone, San Vincenzo and Pordenone, Siticibo. But there are also external partners, such as the Coop Nordest, Bcc Pordenonese and Monsile, Campagna amica and the citizens who also bring small cash donations to pay for the shopping of those who can’t afford it. The users are often young families with children, who while shopping also learn correct nutritional education, away from waste. Bishop Giuseppe Pellegrini highlighted how the community is called to do good well and how the beneficiaries of solidarity are not only the families, but also the precious network of volunteers who ensure the opening of the shop every day
