Collectors will find what they are looking for on Saturday in the Michelerio courtyard where the “exhibition of trading cards and sports paper materials” will take place from 9am to 6pm, celebrating its tenth anniversary.
An event conceived and organized by an enthusiast: Andrea Morando, a worker at Alplast in Tigliole who lives in Villafranca.
36 exhibitors from all over Italy are expected and 60 tables will be set up “for one hundred linear meters of stalls with figurines only”, specifies Morando.
Like every year, the event will have its own “propitiatory dinner”, as Morando likes to define it, at the Da Mariuccia restaurant in Tigliole this evening, Friday, at 8pm, the cost of which will be 30 euros. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Asti Red Cross.
The “three days” will end on Sunday, again from 9am to 6pm, for the exchange of the 2023-24 Panini footballer stickers. It will thus be possible to complete the albums with the missing images: “On this occasion, any type of sale will be prohibited – states Morando -. For children and adults there will be games and giveaways offered by Panini. Then there will be those challenges that were once done with “puff”, “cut” or “wall” figurines”. Also for charity, the 9.5.8 celebratory bottle of Santero Vini di Santo Stefano Belbo will be sold, available with a minimum bid of 10 euros.
