for 3 years outside Ancona

ANCONA – In recent days, the Police Commissioner of Ancona, Cesare Capocasa, issued a measure to prevent the mandatory expulsion order against a 37-year-old man of Apulian origins.

The person in question had no legitimate reason, either work or family, to stay in the Ancona area. On April 16, the man was reported to the Judicial Authority for violating the rules on weapons control discipline. In particular, he was found in a square in the city center while consuming alcoholic beverages and was in possession of a multipurpose knife with blades longer than 5 cm, as well as other objects capable of offending, without justifying his carrying them.

Further investigation into the man’s identity via the Database revealed that he had numerous property-specific criminal records. This has revealed a tendency towards recidivism, indicating a danger to public order and safety. It appears that his livelihood was derived from criminal activities. As a result of this situation, a measure was issued banning the man from returning to the Municipality of Ancona for a period of three years.
