The Anci – Conai framework agreement will be illustrated, a fundamental instrument for the circular economy policies of the Municipalities

New stage of the Anci and Conai territorial training seminar: appointment in Perugia on 29 April at 9.30am “Falcone and Borsellino” room of the Palace of the Province of Perugia (Piazza Italia). During the meeting, the Anci – Conai framework agreement will be illustrated, a fundamental tool for supporting the circular economy policies of the Municipalities through the principle of extended producer responsibility. The institutional greetings will be delivered by: Andrea Romizi, Mayor of Perugia, Michele Toniaccini, President of ANCI Umbria, Carlo Salvemini, Delegate for Energy and Waste at ANCI, Luca Piatto, Area Manager for Relations with the CONAI Territory, Antonino Ruggiano, President of AURI Umbria. Introduced and moderated by: Carmelina Cicchiello, Head of the ANCI Heritage, Housing Policies, State Property and Integrated Waste Cycle Department.
The seminars contain thematic interventions on the framework agreement, on the technical annexes, on national and European legislation and on best waste collection and management practices, encouraging the sharing of information in an interactive and practical way.
