Armando Testa wins the Umbria Region’s tender for tourism offer campaigns

Umbria region keep aiming up Armando Testa for communication campaigns to support its tourist offer.

The agency has in fact won the regional tender announced for the assignment of services relating to “the design and management of the image strategy of the Umbria brand aimed at the implementation of branding and integrated tourism promotion activities”.

In the final ranking Armando Testa preceded, in order of ranking, the RTI composed of Heads Group, Digical and Dekmatis; the team made up of Studiowiki and DS Tech; LDB Advertising Agency; Digital Makers and finally Blossom. However, the Pirene agency and the temporary grouping of companies between Deva Connection, Idea Docet, Stimulo Design and Artefice Group were excluded from the procedure.

The agency led by Marco Testa it signed the latest advertising campaigns to support the tourism offer of the Umbria Region, as well as having taken care of the new brand system.

The services covered by the contract just won, lasting two years, are different. They range from the creative design of campaigns based on seasonality, themes and individual means in terms of omnichannel to the conception and design of a creative concept in terms of brand identity to the production of audiovisual material in Italian and multilingual aimed at implementation and management of branding and communication campaigns.

For the contract it has been estimated a maximum amount of 1,554,993.44 euros net of VAT and/or other legal taxes and contributions, determined as follows: maximum tender amount equal to 777,496.72 euros; amount for the possible right to entrust to the successful tenderer, at the end of the two-year contractual period or upon exhaustion of the maximum amount, new similar services consisting in the repetition of services, equal to 777,496.72 euros.

However, the tender announced by the Umbria Region for the assignment has not yet been closed.of planning, coordination and management services for communication campaigns and further communication services aimed at implementing the Umbria brand and integrated tourism promotion activities”. This task has until now been managed by The Gate Communication.
