TREVISO – Chocolate, high-end pastry desserts, craft beer but also quality cheeses and cured meats. A showcase of the food and wine excellences of the Marche in the square of Treviso. Not just a question of taste and health, but a rapidly expanding economic sector. In this spirit, “L’arte del Gusto” renews its appointment in Piazza dei Signori in Treviso with thirteen artisan companies that will offer their high quality products from this afternoon, Friday 19th to Sunday 21st April.
A journey into specialties ranging from pastries to bakeries, from dairy products to sausage products, passing through breweries and spirits which, with their proposals, will enhance the combination of quality food and territory, also offering new tastings.
“The Art of Taste” is not just an opportunity to discover and taste the gastronomic riches of the area, but also an open window on what quality production means. In fact, during the event, entrepreneurs will have a space to talk about themselves. A way to bring their human and professional adventure closer, but also to reveal the ingredients that are the basis of doing business and their success, as well as presenting their flagship products. The initiative is carried out thanks to the contribution of the Treviso-Belluno Chamber of Commerce and the Ente Bilaterale Artigianato Veneto.
