Aversa – The Aversa Public Security Police Department, during territory control activities, identified a person who was riding a bicycle in a popular neighbourhood, recognizing him as a person already known to the Office, having been arrested last March for a theft inside a school in the Norman city. For these facts, he was subjected to the measure of house arrest. The young man was stopped and also found in possession of a kitchen knife. After the formalities, he was again taken under house arrest and reported for possession of the weapon. Following the “very direct” trial, the arrest was validated. Furthermore, due to the numerous violations of the precautionary measure previously found, the judicial authority has ordered the replacement of the house arrest measure with precautionary custody in prison. The individual was associated with the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
