The Army Non-Commissioned Officers School has as its primary objective that of training the Non-Commissioned Officers of the Marshal role and the Sergeant role, giving them adequate technical-professional preparation and a cultural background appropriate to the role.

The current training course of the Cadet Marshals is structured over 3 academic years, characterized by a demanding program of university lessons which will lead them to obtain a degree in “Political Sciences and International Relations”theoretical and practical military activities carried out at headquarters, at the Army Schools of Weapons and Specialties and in numerous military areas/structures located throughout the national territory.

The training process also reserves a fundamental role for gymnastic-sports training which is aimed at building and consolidating the athletic bases to best carry out the task of platoon commanders who, once in the department, will be responsible for the psycho-physical maintenance of the personnel under their own control.

Cadet Marshal Angela Cancellara talks about this particular experience that she is about to experience:

“I was born in Canosa Di Puglia on 03/29/2000 and I live in Genzano di Lucania (PZ).

I attended the professional institute “E. Majorana”.

After the sword delivery ceremony which confirms belonging to the School as well as the commitment to sharing its values, principles and traditions, the Oath will be one of the most important moments for me. Happiness, contentment and admiration are the feelings I feel.

It will be the first of many moments full of satisfaction.”

Cadet Marshal Rocco Teta also talks about himself:

“I was born in Potenza in Basilicata.

I lived in Balvano, a small village.

I attended the Einstein de Lorenzo technical institute, obtaining a diploma in mechanics and mechatronics.

I decided to undertake this path because of my passion for the Army, to be able to help others and demonstrate through example, after my training process, that I can be a good commander”.
