at the Kursaal the big names on display in solidarity

The big names in fashion in Bari. A journey into the golden years of 70/90 couture on display at the Kuursaal Santalucia Theater from today to April 26th. A unique event that gives the city an experience in search of the beautiful and the refined. Roberto Capucci, Krizia, Yves Saint Laurent, Karl Lagerfeld – Chanel, Fausto Sarli, Valentino and John Galliano – Dior.

Great names from the past and present who have created style and eternity in a period in which pure talent could express itself by imposing itself on the market and dictating style rules. All in the rigor of the refined research of a unique garment. At the Kuursaal you can admire various clothes by well-known designers kindly donated by various collectors from Bari for the occasion. The photographic works of Enzo Lattanzio act as a backdrop for total aesthetic immersion.

The exhibition was organized by the Lorusso Cipparoli Therapeutic Community of the Opera Santi Medici Cosma e Damiano Bitonto Onlus Foundation, an accredited body of the Puglia Region. A local reality that has been operating in Puglia for more than 40 years in the treatment of pathological addictions. The aim of the initiative is to raise funds “I enter the field” to redevelop the multipurpose pitch of its residential headquarters, which is fundamental for the well-being of the Community’s guests.

The opening of the vernissage this afternoon at 6.30pm will see the participation of the mayor of Bari Antonio Decaro and Aldo Patruno, director of the tourism and culture department of the Puglia Region. Following this, a conference will take place with the journalist and writer Mariella Milani, a social critic and authoritative expert in fashion journalism, a well-known face of Rai for years.
