Sold out for Don Quixote on stage at the Teatro delle Arti – Varesenoi.it

On the evening of Wednesday 17 April, at the Gallarate Arts Theaterthe students of Proscaenium they enchanted and thrilled the audience, confirming the talent and dedication of the young dancers and artists involved.

A masterful interpretation of Don chisciotte in three acts, directed by Cinzia Puricelli with the direction of Andrea Piermattei. This masterpiece featured talented dancers, including Camilla Cerulli, Derius Gramada and Giuseppe Contecoming from the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.

Based on the famous novel by Miguel de Cervantes, Don Quixote, the ballet tells the story of the errant knight Don Quixote de la Mancha and his devoted squire Sancho Panza. The plot unfolds through a series of fascinating adventures and encounters with legendary characters, all seasoned with a good dose of romance, humor and fantasy.

Ludwig Minkus’ engaging music provided the perfect soundtrack to accompany the dancers in their evolutions, while the masterful scenography by Valeria Giacomini and Isabella Taddeo transported the audience into a breathtaking, fairy-tale world. The elaborate costumes of Sandra Forcato, Porselli and Terpsichore they added a touch of authenticity and visual beauty to the show.

Lighting and special effects handled by Nino Saccinto they helped create an enchanting atmosphere, transporting viewers into fantastic worlds and captivating adventures.

The production of Proscaenium Ssd Arl highlighted the great commitment of the teachers and choreographers Brigida Bossoni, Camilla Meroni, Cinzia Puricelli and Roberta Meroni, who made the creation of this extraordinary show possible. Nonetheless, the entire dance troupe has proven to be made up of promising artists ranging from children as young as 4 years old to teenagers and the new promises of the academy. A cultural and sporting reality of which Gallarate can be profoundly proud.
