Terror on the street in the province of Como: after failing to give way, he points the gun at father and son

Violent episode, last April 11th, in the Novedratese area. Around 1.45pm, on Provincial Road 32, following an argument over a trivial failure to give way, two people – father and son – returning from work, were heavily threatened with a gun by another motorist. The latter, after getting out of his car and after an initial verbal confrontation with the other two people, opened the trunk of his vehicle, taking out a revolver and then, after getting back into the car, pointed the weapon from the driver’s side window. in the direction of the two unfortunates, with the clear intention of using it. The investigative activity following the dangerous gesture, which as mentioned caused fear and alarm among the many witnesses of the incident, led to the denunciation of a 59-year-old man with no criminal record, resident in the Province of Turin, in a state of freedom for aggravated threats. The 59-year-old was filmed with his cell phone during the criminal action. The video was handed over to the Cantù Carabinieri who therefore traced the perpetrator of the gesture, also reporting it to the competent authorities for the collection of weapons and related permits.
