“CHAMPIONS ON TOUR IN ANCONA”, 1st edition at the Conero Stadium in favor of the children of Salesi

The first edition of the “CHAMPIONS ON TOUR” youth football tournament reserved for the basic activity categories, scheduled for Sunday, will also take place in case of bad weather, keeping the young athletes adequately covered between one match and another. next April 21st at the Conero stadium.

The event has been organized at a national level, for fourteen years now, by the former Cervia footballer and of the “CAMPIONI, IL SOGNO” Reality Show, Francesco GULLO.

Debutants, Pulcini, Primi kicks and little friends from various clubs in the region will compete at the stadium in a real day of sport and solidarity.

Thanks to the offers collected on the occasion of the day, toys will immediately be purchased for the Pediatric Department of the Salesi Hospital in Ancona – including a long-awaited foosball table – and for two other pediatric departments of the national project.

“The project, as reported by the data on the official website www.campionintour.it – ​​reports Gullo – has seen the participation of over 130,000 children throughout the country over the course of these 14 years, playing from San Siro to the Olimpico, from Marassi to Bentegodi, giving thousands of children the opportunity to play in their city’s stadium, contributing to a unique social purpose.” The best in each group will then advance to the 14th National Final which will be played on June 23rd at the Romeo Neri stadium in Rimini.

The tournament will take place according to the classic CHAMPIONS ON TOUR format, starting at 8.45 am and ending at 8.00 pm. Entrance to the stadium is free for everyone.

On the occasion of the awards ceremony around 7.00 pm, the European Artistic Gymnastics Champion MATTEO LEVANTESI, who is close to the European Championships in Rimini 2024, will be present at the stadium. The toys in the 3 pediatric wards will be delivered directly by the founder of the project FRANCESCO GULLO
