The threats uttered by Cavini, with Frontini’s consent, to Bruzziches were in mafia style

Now that the criminal proceedings initiated by the complaint presented by Marco Bruzziches are taking shape (in fact, the investigations have been closed and a direct trial has been requested by the prosecutors), the content of the threats that Fabio Cavini made towards the offended party.

From a “trivial” crime of threat (article 612 of the criminal code) the Prosecutor’s Office correctly reclassified the fact as a threat to a political body (article 338 of the criminal code), a criminal hypothesis that is heavily punished compared to a simple threat, because it represents a threat to a political body a hypothesis of coercion of the will of a representative present in politics violates the democratic freedom to act on the part of a public administrator.

However, knowing the snout of Mr. Fabio Cavini and his way of acting and presenting himself, it appears entirely likely that he “intimidated” Bruzziches with threats of suffering beatings or worse personal injury to his wife too. It was clear that the then majority city councilor did not agree with the Mayor’s line, so “something” was needed to bring him into line. Cavini’s wife, Mayor Frontini, is not exempt from this threatening attitude and, having been investigated for complicity in the crime pursuant to art. 338 of the criminal code (threat to a political body), she could even have been the inspiration, therefore she wanted to use her husband as the material executor of the promised evil.

How the matter will end is not known to the state, but certainly, having at the head of a municipal administration a person who does not hesitate to use threats to those of his majority who do not agree and therefore resort to intimidation, not is more possible, because the democratic circuit that must always preside in any administrative assembly has certainly been altered, even within majorities.

The silence of the majority councilors in the Municipality and of the Councilors is deafening. The threats, for now only confirmed by Bruzziches, confirm the climate of terror imposed on them by the Cavini-Frontini couple.
