Confcommercio has planned a day dedicated to trade to celebrate the decorative installation “Rainbow of butterflies” in the streets of the center

Almost 90 commercial activities contributed to the creation of the colorful vaults that will act as a backdrop until the end of summer

After the success achieved with the installation of the “Il Borgo a primavera” floral arrangements inaugurated last month, Confcommercio Alessandria organized and coordinated, also with the contribution of almost 90 commercial activities and with the collaboration of the Municipality of Alessandria, the new “Rainbow of butterflies” exhibitionconsisting of almost 500 colored butterflies that will be placed on the street Bergamo, via Caniggia, via Ferrara, via Legnano, via Modena, via Pistoia, via San Giacomo della Vittoria and via San Lorenzoto which 6 large bright butterflies will be added located between Piazzetta della Lega, Piazza Santo Stefano and Piazza Santa Maria di Castello.

Saturday 20 April the new installations will be celebrated with a day dedicated to commerce, with entertainment initiatives in the afternoon and the Spring Clearance throughout the historic center from 10am to 7.30pm.

RAINBOW OF BUTTERFLIES

The installations consist of arches with butterflies of different colors stretched between the buildings of the streets involved with the aim of beautifying and decorating the city center making it more attractive, lively and scenographic.

“We have collected the enthusiasm that has been positively generated with the flowers of Borgo Rovereto and we have accepted the requests of the traders in the other streets of the historic center by extending the decorated area and creating the new butterfly-shaped arrangements, which harmonize with those already installed. – declares the president of Confcommercio Alessandria Vittorio Ferrari – This initiative to enhance the historic center and qualify the city decor is also part of that laboratory of permanent urban regeneration of which our Confcommercio is part, also at a national level, and which carries out a series of useful and functional actions for the development of our capital . On Saturday we will celebrate the new installations with a series of traveling entertainment initiatives to offer an afternoon of shopping and entertainment in a cheerful and colorful atmosphere.”

FLASH MOB AND DANCES BY PETER LARSEN DANCE STUDIO ASD, WATERCOLORS IN VIA MIGLIARA AND POKEMON GATHERING BY THE ASSOCIATION LA CITTA’ NOSTRA

On the afternoon of Saturday 20 April there will be traveling entertainment through the streets of the historic centre, in particular the ASD Peter Larsen Dance Studio will invite people to admire the new installation “Rainbow of butterflies” with flash mobs and traveling Kitchen Swing, Sweet Dolls, Flamenco and Hip Hop dances from 5pm to 7pm along the streets Bergamo, Caniggia, Ferrara, Legnano, Modena, Pistoia, San Giacomo della Vittoria and San Lorenzo.

From 3.30pm to 7.30pm in via Migliara there will be initiative “Watercolors and Fashion” with artists and artists who will paint among the fashion proposals.

From 4pm to 7pm in front of the San Lorenzo Church in via San Lorenzo there will be a Pokémon card gathering and exchange for collectors and enthusiasts, with inflatable palm trees for selfies and gifts for the little ones with pokémon, butterfly and palm tree themed tattoos (transfers) organized by the La Città Nostra Association.

During the day of Saturday 20 April 2024, from 10am to 7.30pmwill take place “Spring Get Rid”: the traders of streets of the historic center they will set up banquets in front of their shop with offers and opportunities or exhibitions with particular products or spring-themed displays.
