Magical moment for the Cantù Youth Project which has collected new laurels in recent days. On the shields the Uniweb Under14 Elite team that won the prestigious Rho Tournament. In the opening match, the Canturini beat Treviglio 63-54, then Rho 93-41 and Urania Milano 74-49, finishing the preliminary round in first place. In the final, Uniweb then beat Urania Milano again with a score of 66-50.

Fourth place and lots of applause also for the Under13 Elite team of the PGC which participated in the prestigious Innocentin Tournament, a competition which saw 16 teams from all over Italy compete. The young Cantù players collected two victories, first against Brugherio 64-61 and then against Reggio Emilia 75-55 but then they had to surrender to Varese. In the quarter-finals Cantù beat Milan 77-57 but was then beaten in the semi-final by Desio and in the final for 3rd-4th place again by Varese.
