In order to provide a better service to users, we inform you that we will be using the platform from March 23rd Online diaryalready in use for remote booking, has been implemented with an additional planner called Priority agenda.
The new booking channel can be used by those who need to leave within thirty days and have not found a useful date to submit the request through theOrdinary agenda.
The service is currently provided by the Passport Office of the Police Headquarters and by the PS Commissioners of Battipaglia, Cava de’ Tirreni and Sarno and from 24 April also by the PS Commissioner’s Office of Nocera Inferiore.
The date has been set as such Priority agendait is necessary to fill in and print a form certifying the priorities (health, study, travel or work reasons) to be signed and delivered to the Passport Office together with the documentation proving the actual priority and the date of the trip.
In the event that even in the Priority agenda if no useful appointments are available for the user’s needs, the system will direct you to a further alternative which will allow you to fill in and sign a form to be shown at the Passport Office counter at the Police Headquarters, always together with the documentation certifying the urgency. In the event that the user makes an appointment with thePriority agenda or shows up at the Passport Office counter through the third alternative without being in possession of the documentation certifying the real need to obtain the passport in a shorter time than the ordinary ones, the procedure will not be successful and the user will be invited to schedule another appointment through theOrdinary agenda.
