Splendid success for Pietro Riganti in the second selective round of the Italian Junior Motocross Championship. The rider of the Gorlese Motoclub dominated the two heats scheduled on the Chiusdino track – in the province of Siena – in the class 85 Junior.

The driver who grew up in the ManettaTeam nursery, on one Husqvarna supported on the track by AeffeMoto, yes awarded the first part of the Italian championship intended for pilots in the area northwest. Pietro had in fact already won the Cremona stage held (in just one heat due to bad weather) last March.

In Chiusdino the youth team led by Martino Bianchi was present with two other drivers: good performance for Cesare Spaggiari in the classroom 65 Cadets, fifth overall and Championship. More in difficulty instead Federico Volperecovering from a strong state of flu, seventh after this second semi-final.

Now a part of the Manetta Team will be busy on May 1st on the Bosisio Parini slope for the first round of the Barzaghi Trophy, weather permitting given that the forecast appears rather inclement.
