The town of Saint Vincent hosted, last 13 and 14 April, the second round of the Silver LC1 Junior-Senior Regional Championship of the FGC (Italian Gymnastics Federation) in which the Asd Team Cuneo also took part with four gymnasts, obtaining satisfying results.
For the LC1 Junior 1 category, Angelica Bertolino took to the competition field, performing an excellent execution on the ball, which earned her the best score in the apparatus classification.
Some inaccuracies with the clubs compromised the overall ranking where she still placed in the first half.
For the LC1 Junior 3 category however, third partial score on the rope for Penelope Porto, who demonstrated that she has a large margin for improvement.
Unfortunately, a poor performance on the clubs caused her to slip down the rankings.
In the LC1 Senior 1 category, Cristina Gastaldi, with her spirited and decisive execution, climbed to the second step of the podium, while a small error on the rim caused her to place ninth.
Finally, for the LC2 Junior category, 3 excellent results for Bianca Musumeci in her first competition of the year, where, with two beautiful performances, she convinced the jury by coming 5th in the general ranking, while her ball exercise earned her third position in the ranking partial.
The next event involving Team Cuneo will be the second Individual Regional Test LB1 and LB2 scheduled in Candelo for 27 and 28 April.
