VERTICAL PROGRESSIONS, SKIP THE MEETING AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALERNO –

For the fourth time, the meeting of trade union representatives called by the Municipality of Salerno on the regulation of vertical progressions in derogation has been postponed again. Yet another postponement to next April 23rd defined as incomprehensible for the provincial secretariats and the RSU FP CGIL – UIL FPL of Salerno, called to represent the requests of the employees on the bargaining tables. The safety councilor of the Municipality of Salerno Claudio Tringali would have declared himself against the conversation, in complete misalignment with the rigid and intransigent position expressed by the municipal administration of Salerno on this issue during all phases of the negotiation.

Highlighting the disappointment of the municipal employees, the trade unions invited and warned the Administration to proceed with convening a series of meetings, to guarantee the employees the enforceability of the contractual provisions and their economic and professional valorisation.
