Descriptive text here

The Campania Region announces the participation of Campania publishers in the next edition of the Turin Book Fair – scheduled from 9 to 13 May, in the spaces of Lingotto Fiere – and in the autumn at the Frankfurter Buchmesse, two leading events in the trade fair and publishing panorama of national and international relevance for the promotion of the book.

The Show, which this year reaches its XXXVI edition – the first under the direction of Annalena Benini – will host a stand of approximately 300 m2 inside the Oval pavilion and, inside, an arena dedicated to meetings with interventions of numerous guests, authors and artists to promote publishing and culture.

To confirm the commitment made by the Campania Region in the first two editions of Campania Libri Festival – The publishing fair at Palazzo Reale in Naples, the attention and support for the regional publishing sector continues with this new project. And it is precisely the Campania dei Festival Foundation, former promoter of Campania Libri, which has been entrusted with the task of managing the tour of the Campania publishing houses through an expression of interest aimed at local publishers intending to attend the stand of the region.

Fifty publishers will be present at the fair and at the meetings scheduled at the Turin Book Fair: east of the equator, Adriano Gallina Editore, Alessandro Polidoro Editore, Alos Edizioni, Bibliopolis – Edizioni di Filosofia e Scienze, CaffèOrchidea, Chirico Libri Editore, Comicon Edizioni, Coppola Editore, Cuzzolin Editore, de Nicola Editore, D’amico Editore, Diogene Edizioni, Editrice Dominicana Italiana, Edizioni Eracle, Edizioni Fioranna, Franco Di Mauro Editore, Fw Produzioni, Galzerano Editore, Giannini Editore, Editrice Graus, Grimaldi & C. This collaboration with the Fair constitutes a first fundamental step that marks the beginning of a new adventure for publishing and will lead Campania to be the guest region of the 2025 Book Fair next year in Turin.

From 16 to 20 October 2024, the publishing houses will participate in the Buchmesse in Frankfurt, the most prestigious global publishing event that will allow them to forge new relationships for the strategic diffusion of books beyond national borders. With business-to-business events, the Frankfurter Buchmesse will enhance the competitiveness of Campania publishers by enhancing their production through the creation of a digital catalogue, meetings and promotion of Campania tourism and culture.
