Saturday morning 4 May 2024 in Bacoli, in the Ostrichina “Scotto di Luzio” room located in the enchanting Bourbon Park of Fusaro, starting from 8.30 am the conference organized by the inter-provincial Order of Physiotherapists of Naples, Avellino, Benevento and Caserta entitled “Territorial healthcare, the role of healthcare professionals”. This is an extraordinary opportunity for discussion on what future territorial healthcare should have in Campania and how to plan it immediately and which will see illustrious institutional representatives and national and regional healthcare professionals sitting around the same table. The conference moderated by Dr. Claudio Iovino, Vice President of the Interprovincial Order of Physiotherapists, will be opened by institutional greetings from the Mayor of Bacoli, Dr. Josi Gerardo Della Ragione, from the Honorable Loredana Raia and Valeria Ciarambino, Vice Presidents of the Regional Council of Campania, from the ‘Hon. Tommaso Pellegrino, Regional Councilor of Campania and Eng. Ciro Verdoliva, General Director of ASL NA 1 Centre. At the end of the institutional interventions, we will move on to the reports of the healthcare professionals. This is the order of interventions:

There will be many topics of great importance and relevance that will be covered by the speakers, including the careful and targeted use of PNRR funds, the role, in healthcare, of Ministerial Decree 77/2022, the decree of the Ministry of Health which defines the models and the standards for the development of community care in the National Health Service, the importance of community homes and hospitals, the community physiotherapist and nurse, the strengthening of community care, hospital-territory continuity and home physiotherapy . The event is ECM accredited for all healthcare professions, for a maximum of 250 participants. Participation is free but access to the conference area will be permitted exclusively to registered professionals. University students enrolled in all degree courses in one of the health professions will also be able to register: students will receive a certificate of participation as a listener, not an ECM.
