At the Franci Conservatory of Siena, admissions open for the academic year 2024/2025

At the ‘Rinaldo Franci’ Conservatory of Siena, admissions are open for the academic year 2024/2025 for both the two-year and three-year preparatory and academic courses. Applications must be submitted via the online procedure available on the website www.conservatoriosiena.it by Saturday 18 May 2024.

Entrance exams for the following courses will be held in June: violin, viola, cello, double bass, piano, composition, trumpet, horn, saxophone, flute, oboe and chamber music (1st July).

Franci’s offer. The Siena Conservatory focuses on a broad and complex educational path, together with professional experiences that embrace the national and international musical panorama.

The Franci provides courses aimed at young aspiring musicians, who will be able to obtain the knowledge necessary to access the three-year university course, and highly specialized study courses. In addition to the internal teachers, there are teachers of the specialization courses and Masterclasses who enrich the training offer.

The range of opportunities that the Conservatory offers to its students includes scholarships and Erasmus exchanges which allow students and teachers to enjoy study experiences in 32 universities between Europe and America. Furthermore, the Conservatory was the first Music Institute to recognize the double degree with China, which allows you to attend study courses between Siena and Nantong. Every year the Franci also organizes a concert season which, through performances hosted in some of the architectural jewels of Siena, enhances their musical talents by offering them the opportunity to perform in front of a large and varied audience. Franci members can also count on study rooms inside the structure located in the heart of the historic center of Siena.
