T&T Royal Lamezia concluded the women’s 5-a-side football season with a defeat against Pelletterie, but despite this they achieved an excellent tenth place in the standings
The girls started the championship quietly, paying dearly for the fact that they were almost all debutants in the top division. However, the players worked hard throughout the season, constantly improving their game and proving to be a united and cohesive group.
Despite the defeat in the last match, where it must be underlined, given the stakes, which the group faced without the competitive energy necessary for victory and the coach gave a lot of space to the girls who played less during the season, the team has demonstrated that it is competitive and can hold its own against more formidable opponents.
The tenth place obtained is certainly a positive result for T&T Royal Lamezia, which has proven to be a growing team and ready to continue improving in the coming seasons.
The club, the coach and the girls can be proud of the work done and look to the future with confidence, knowing they can compete at high levels in the world of women’s five-a-side football.
