An operation permitted by the more general Governance of the National Relaunch and Resilience Plan and first measures to strengthen the administrative structures and accelerate and streamline the procedures, provided for by Law 108/2021, according to which each administration in charge of interventions envisaged in the PNRR provides coordination of the related management activities as well as their monitoring, reporting and control. Among the measures to strengthen the administrative capacity of public administrations functional to the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and for the efficiency of justice, provided for by law no. 113 of 2021, the titular administrations can make use of a contingent of experts with proven professional qualifications in the subjects covered by the interventions.
