PISTOIA – You have until Sunday 14 July to register for the school canteen for the year 2024/2025. Unlike last year, only those who access the school meals service of the Municipality of Pistoia for the first time are required to submit an application. Users who already benefit from it for the 2023/2024 school year must confirm that they also wish to benefit from it for the next year by accessing their application on eCivis portal And updating the data relating to the minor. The holder, by clicking on the application, will find all the user’s personal data already pre-filled and will only have to make the class change (school, class and section that will be attended in the 2024/2025 school year) for the new year school (with the possibility of checking and possibly updating the data entered into the system, such as email address and telephone number) and sending the application.
There failure to confirm the user by the holder is equivalent to renunciation to the lunch service for the 2024/2025 school year.
The application for new registration must be submitted exclusively via online procedureon the appropriate one eCivis portal which can be accessed from the website of the Municipality of Pistoia, thematic area Education, school canteen, online canteen registration, or by connecting to the page https://pistoia.ecivis.it (“Access the personal area” at the top right), entering the requested data and documentation.
To access the eCivis portal and register or confirm it, you must have Spid (Public Digital Identity System), Cie (Electronic Identity Card) or Cns (National Services Card) credentials for digital identification.
As regards the discounts for ISEE bands possibly requested at the time of the application for registration or confirmation of the service (which are applied exclusively to residents in the municipality of Pistoia), please refer directly to the website of the Municipality of Pistoia, thematic area Education, school canteen, forms and fees for the .s. 2024/2025. For the purposes of determining the unit cost of the meal, the Education service will automatically acquire ISEE certificates en masse immediately after registration closes (14 July) for all applications received within the deadlines, provided that on that date the certificates are already available as already released by INPS.
The discounted rates will be applied starting from the start of the lunch service exclusively for all users resident in the municipality of Pistoia who have applied for registration within the deadlines and for whom it has been possible to acquire the relevant certification on the INPS website by 14 July 2024 .
