The first renewable energy community will be built in Olbia.
The Municipality of Olbia intends to establish a Renewable Energy Community (CER), creating a form of associated management between producers and consumers of energy, aimed at encouraging the construction of plants with renewable sources to satisfy one’s energy needs.
All citizens, businesses, public and private bodies, commercial activities and professionals can ask to participate by submitting an expression of interest using the appropriate form which will be published on the Municipality’s website.
To present the initiative and represent the advantages and opportunities offered by the establishment of the CERs, the Municipality has called a public meeting for 5 April 2024, at 3 pm, at the Archaeological Museum of Olbia.
