Stalking the ex-girlfriend under 18, the Prosecutor’s Office requests the trial.
The Aosta prosecutor’s office has requested the indictment of the eighteen-year-old from Valle d’Aosta arrested last November 24 by the police of the operational section of the Radiomobile Operations Unit of the Aosta Company on charges of stalking.
According to what was ascertained by the police, the young man threatened and harassed the girl, going so far as to stalk her in front of the school and at the bus stop.
Among the episodes accused of the young man was also the death threat, «I’ll make you end up like that one, in clear reference to the murder of Giulia Cecchettin.
House arrest, with electronic bracelet
The young man was granted house arrest on December 5, with the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet.
Despite the end of their relationship, the young man continued to threaten his ex-girlfriend.
Hence the family members’ decision to contact the Carabinieri.
During the interrogation in prison, the eighteen-year-old denied all charges.
