Arrested for drug dealing in Trieste.
In recent days, i Carabinieri of the Trieste-Borgo San Sergio station they arrested a 57 year old Italian man for the crime of possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances. Following targeted investigative activity, which lasted over the course of a few months districts of Valmaura, Borgo San Sergio and Melarathrough stalking and observationsbut also reports of subjects addicted to the personal use of drugs, the Carabinieri finally identified a man from Trieste addicted to drug dealing and therefore they requested the Judicial Authority to be able to carry out a search of his homeidentifying it as a point of sale of the narcotic for numerous “customers” in the city.
The following morning the Carabinieri carried out the delegated activity, finding themselves in the complex 1.2 kg of hashish (divided into blocks) and the cash sum of almost 9 thousand eurosdeemed to be the proceeds of the illicit drug dealing activity, in addition to precision scales and various material used for the packaging of the narcotic. All the material was seized While the man was arrested: after the formal proceedings he was transferred to his home under the regime House arrest, awaiting the decisions of the Judicial Authority which validated the arrest carried out by the Carabinieri of Borgo San Sergio.
