It is unlocked like this, thanks to the Work carried out by Mayor Alberto Biancheri in recent times, a process blocked by 22 years old and which he maintained on the Matuzian waterfront, the so-called ‘ecommonster’ which will finally be demolished to make room for the 5-star hotel and a series of other facilities, important for the port but which will be decidedly more captivating to the eye. Without forgetting all the interventions that are part of the private burdens in a public key.

The construction, transfer and/or delivery of a series of secondary urbanization public works is also envisaged:
– in replacement of the intervention to complete the sewer collector, having carried out a video inspection of the existing sewer pipe in the 75 meter stretch from Rio Rubino towards Rio San Lazzaro which verified its correct functioning, the implementing entity undertakes to monitor its been for 8 years and where necessary at the request of the Municipality, to intervene to restore correct functionality also through the creation of an internal lining within an intervention amount of 30,000 euros;
– design, construction and sale of a roundabout in San Martino whose amount, based on the feasibility project prepared, is estimated at a total of 587,889.82 euros;
– monetization of the need for standards not found within the area equal to m2. 4,069.10. The amount relating to the realization of the additional work referred to in the art. will be deducted from the standard determined at €1,560,744.00. 6) currently estimated at 587,889.82 euros subject to adjustment, while the difference will be paid upon issuing the single authorisation, also constituting a building permit. The sum to be deducted will be definitively determined by the final cost of the work upon completion of its completion, without prejudice to the maximum deduction threshold (€587,889.82);
– provision is made for the transfer of the roof of the building in front of Villa Magnolie, used as a level car park, with a surface area of ​​approx. 1,175. The transfer will take place within one year from the effective date of the single authorization and following the execution of any maintenance work that is agreed upon;
– deduction from the construction contribution, as determined by the offices, of the construction of the connection between Via Vesco and Via Gavagnin and the value of the Villa Magnolie car park (works carried out outside the areas under state concession). The amounts will be deducted up to the amount of the part of the construction contribution due corresponding to the sum of the “share of urbanization works and areas of exclusive interest to the operator” and the “share of urbanization works and areas of general interest”.
