After conquering the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Naples, Oilier also conquers theCapannelle Hippodrome. The Neapolitan rapper, on Friday 28 June, stopped in the Capital, for Rock in Roma, with his “Live 2024” tour. A huge crowd of young people crowded the rock arena from the moment the gates opened. Many waited outside, from the early hours of Friday morning. They are thirty five thousand to singjump, dance with the artist, who in a few years has reached the top of the charts and has managed to become a point of reference for Italian urban. Shortly after 9.30 pm, Geolier goes on stage welcomed by a deafening roar from the audience, and opens the live with the song “Per sempre”, followed by “Money” and “So fly”. Everyone sings with him, theHippodrome is a single choir, illuminated by thousands of cell phone lights. The rapper, accompanied by Guido Della Gatta on guitars, Carmine Landolfi B Dog on drums, Francesco Checcho D’Alessio and Max D’Ambra on keyboards, Cristian Capasso on bass and Dat Boi Dee and Poison Beatz on the two consoles, performs live the songs from his latest album, “Dio lo sa” (Warner Music Italy), his third album, released last June 7, already a gold record, and stable for the second consecutive week at the first position in the album charts and the physical formats charts of FIMI/GfK Italia. The setlist also includes past hits that set Capannelle alight. Two hours and thirty minutes of live, more than thirty songs proposed, which Geolier closes with the hit brought to the competition at the last Sanremo Festival, “I p’ me, tu p’ te”, certified triple platinum.
