The first evening ofIsland of the Famous it has changed, several times. However, the moves were not enough to save the fate of the program which now seems to be approaching one early closing of which we do not yet know date. The continuous withdrawals did not help the relaunch of the reality show which tried to renew itself with a new management, that of Vladimir Luxuria, who really worked hard to ensure that everything went well. Her efforts were not sufficient, nor were those of the two commentators ever truly on target: the result was a program that did not achieve success which it deserved and which could even close early.
Island of the Famous Previews for May 26th: the five nominees
At the center of the semi-final are the five nominated castaways, who risk one of the last eliminations of this edition led by Vladimir Luxuria. They are Artur Dainese, Dario Cassini, Edoardo Franco, Karina Sapsai and Linda Morselli. According to polls dated May 26, theonly competitor to survive for sure it could be Artur Dainese, who has understood how to play his cards and is increasingly projected towards the final which he could even win.
The nominations also highlight how the entry of the new castaways did not help revive the fortunes of the show, as they immediately ended up nominated. There wasn’t enough time for them to emerge: they never managed to truly integrate, despite the initial intentions being to strengthen the group and create new dynamicswhich this year have struggled a lot to emerge if we make the exception of the love triangle between Khady, Artur and Linda which will be discussed during the May 26th episode.
Who risks retirement
After the elimination of Greta Zuccarello, which led to the exit of one of the last strong characters of this edition, it seems that Vladimir Luxuria is doing everything to avoid a new retreat which could put the entire program in serious difficulty. The name of the castaway involved is kept secret but it seems that the group is about to lose another very important name one step away from the final, probably expected next week.
A big shame for Island of the Famous, which started with excellent intentions and with a fresh management and from which we expected a lot. THE retreatswhich occurred for various reasons, were one of the main reasons for this debacle so evident above all in terms of ratings which have struggled since the first episode, despite the numerous innovations introduced.

There semi-final of Island of the Famous it airs on May 26th in prime time on Canale5 and in the new Sunday slot which had not saved its critical fortunes. The appointment is scheduled for 9.30 pm and after the usual appointment with Paperissima Sprintwhile it is broadcast simultaneously on the dedicated channel Mediaset Infinity. The show also lives on social media thanks to the dedicated hashtag which collects hundreds of comments every week. The episode is available for viewing after the live broadcast on demand.
