Ferragnez away from Lake Como, Chiara and Fedez sell the villa

Chiara Ferragni and Fedez had bought the villa on Lake Como a year ago and dreamed of taking their children not far from Milan on weekends. For years the influencer and the rapper had been looking for a retreat on the Lario and when they finally found the home that was right for them they spared no expense. Just enough time to spend a few weekends and a family lunch and then the windows were closed. The couple entered into crisis and the house lost the interest of both.

The message from the real estate agency describes the Ferragnez villa in Torno as follows: “On the splendid setting of Lake Como, a luxurious residence, designed by the architects Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali, characterized by a classic style in perfect harmony with simplicity, where the the password is light. The infinity pool, tailor-made to integrate into the park space of approximately one thousand square metres, makes the property exclusive, creating a unique atmosphere.” The house is truly incredible: “Through a path that descends along the park you have access to the villa spread over three floors. The main body, of approximately 400 square metres, is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area with dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. From here you can access the lake via an underground dock with service area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.”

The house on the lake was christened by the Ferragnez family as “Villa Matilda” in memory of Chiara Ferragni’s dog who died in July last year. Bringing the home into the couple’s separation agreement would not have been easy and hence the decision to put it up for sale. Although, according to those in the know, it would be owned by Fedez, while the Milanese apartment with shared swimming pool where the influencer lives with his children would have been purchased by Ferragni.
