The episode occurred during the American singer’s performance at the Arena La Défense in Paris: from the shot taken by a Swift fan, evidently in disbelief at the scene that had unfolded before her eyes, a little girl can clearly be seen a few months old lying on a soft cover in the middle of the parterre. Around her are some empty plastic cups and the wrapper of a pack of M&M’S. The little girl, who wears a pink onesie, has big ones headphones on your head, evidently with the aim of attenuating the sound coming from the speakers as much as possible.
“I’m not one of those people, but personally I would call security if I saw a child in the pit, because it’s not a safe area for them.”, commented the singer’s fan who shared the photo on social media. And it is certainly one of the “softest” comments ever.“Being mom of a child of that age, I couldn’t possibly imagine seeing one participate in a concert. I understand that babysitters are hard to find, so if you really needed to bring them with you, at least you wouldn’t have to be in the parterre.”
The harshest, obviously, are the comments of the mothers, literally in disbelief in front of that photo. “How can they think bringing a child to these types of events is a good idea?”asks a user. “I can’t imagine how stressful it must have been for the child to be in that environment.”consider another woman. “Literally, if there was an emergency and everyone had to rush to get out quickly, the little girl would have been trampled or hurt. It’s literally so upsetting to me that I can’t even imagine it,” comments a mother.
The controversies were so heated that even the government had to intervene.Arena La Défense. “The general terms and conditions of sale state that all minors (without any age limit) holding a ticket for a concert at the La Défense arena in Paris must be accompanied by an adult”explains a manager to Page Six.
Which means that between the legs of the people surrounding the little girl there must also be those of a parent, the very one against whom the web has lashed out with fury in recent hours.
