The second evening of the 68th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast live on Rai 2 in prime time on Thursday 9 May. Also in the lineup is Angelina Mango (not competing)
Malmö Arena on Thursday 9 May hosts the second semi-final of Eurovision Song Contest 2024broadcast in Italy – starting at 9.00 pm – live on Rai 2 (also on RaiPlay and in simulcast on Rai Radio 2 with commentary by Diletta Parlangeli and Matteo Osso and on digital terrestrial Channel 202).
Commenting for the Italian public on the event, hosted in Sweden by Petra Mede and Malin Åkerman, I’m here again this evening Mara Maionchi and Gabriele Corsi.
The artists called to perform during the second semi-final of Eurovision 2024 are 19 in total. As happened on Tuesday, 16 singers will have to win over the audience to gain access to the final scheduled for Saturday 11 May (they can be voted by Eurovision viewers via televoting and by national juries).
The other 3, however, are already qualified by law as countries belonging to the so-called Big 5. This is of our Angelina Mango (sixteenth in the lineup)by Nebulossa for Spain and by Slimane for France.
Right away the lineup of the second semi-final of Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the release order of the artists:

During the second semi-final it will be possible for the Italian public to televote, but – as per the Eurovision Song Contest regulations – you will not be able to vote for Angelina Mango.
During the interval they will perform Helena Paparizou, Sertab Erener and Charlotte Perrelli. The three artists will sing the songs with which they participated in the event in the past, respectively «My Number One», «Everyway That I Can» and «Take Me to Your Heaven».
