When to communicate aggregate and health risk data

according toart. 40 of the Consolidated Safety Act (TUS) the competent doctor must annually communicate the health surveillance data of the previous year. INAIL has set up an application that allows only the telematic transmission. From year to year the Ministry of Health indicates the deadline by which this communication must be made.

  • For the year 2024, the deadline for reporting is set to 31 May 2024.

Communication of aggregate and health risk data 2024

The Ministry of Health with circular prot. n. 9463 of 27 March 2024he extended until May 31, 2024 the deadline for electronic transmission by the competent doctor of aggregate collective and health risk data of workers subjected to health surveillance in the year 2023according to the attached model 3B.

In application of the art. 4, co. 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 9 July 2012, as amended by the Ministerial Decree of 6 August 2013 and the subsequent Ministerial Decree of 12 July 2016, the communication of the data must be carried out exclusively electronicallythrough the use of the Inail IT platform “Competent doctor communication”, available on the Inail institutional portal.

Deadline for reporting aggregate and health risk data in 2023

In 2024, with Circular of 16 February 2022 The Ministry of Health had set for 31 July 2022 the deadline for sending information relating to the aggregate collective and health risk data of workers subjected to health surveillance in the year 2021 in relation to the difficulties of the situation linked to the management of the Covid-19 emergencyin order to allow competent doctors to better manage data forwarding.
