On June 25, the owners of the property registered the renovation at the land registry, bringing the total surface area from 347 to 433 square meters and increasing the number of rooms from 15 to 18. As a result, the cadastral income rose from 3,762 to 4,369 EUR.

Clarifications on the works and the accusations of building abuse: all the controversies

Meloni faced questions regarding possible building abusessuch as the one related to the swimming pool, stressing that her agreement with the sellers provides for a “turnkey” delivery. The total price of the property includes all renovation and construction work, including the swimming pool. The prime minister specified that she is not interested in the technical details, relying on notaries to confirm the regularity of the practices before finalizing the purchase.

Responding to questions from Fatto Quotidiano, the prime minister confirmed that the old swimming pool was demolished and replaced with a new one, as foreseen in the initial agreement. “I was only interested in buying a house where I could feel comfortable with my daughter and which complied with every law,” declared the prime minister.

Meloni wanted to reassure readers regarding the use of building concessions: “I asked and obtained that sellers do not benefit from the concessions of the Save-Home Decree“. The Prime Minister reiterated that the works were carried out without any tax breaks, following her instructions.

During the moving period, Il Fatto Quotidiano reports, a double presence of the escort was noted in Meloni’s two homes. The Prime Minister asked for explanations as to how the journalist Marco Lillo was aware of these details, expressing concern for his personal safety. Relationships with Giovanni Satta

Prime Minister Meloni expressed gratitude towards Senator Satta who hosted her, explaining that he did not feel indebted except out of a feeling of gratitude. She also said that, despite saving around 10,000 euros during her stay, their relationship is based on friendship rather than mutual interest. Furthermore, Satta himself would have had no losses, as the property would have remained empty anyway.
