New problems ahead for the Dukes of Sussex, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle. The tensions between the couple and their relatives would seem to never end. In fact, in recent days, an important interview was published in which Harry and Meghan were harshly attacked. But what happened and who are we talking about?
As of 2020, the relationship between the Dukes of Sussex and the Royal family they started to crack more than ever. Harry and Meghan had decided to become financially independent, therefore giving up the royal salary and moving to the United States. From this moment, the couple began to talk about themselves through interviews, documentaries and books, strongly attacking Buckingham Palace for the attitudes against them.
For all these reasons, the relationships between Harry and Meghan, on the one hand, and Charles, Camilla, William and Kate, on the other, are completely non-existent. To complicate things, however, are the two young children of the Dukes of Sussex: Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana. In particular, the eldest has long dreamed of meeting his paternal grandfather who lives in a castle and the rest of his English relatives, such as his uncle William and his three cousins.
Harry and Meghan under accusation: grandparents want to meet their grandchildren
Harry and Meghan will not be able to continue to deny their children the desire to know their origins and the rest of their relatives for a long time. About this, a few days ago an important interview was published in which strong criticism and accusations were made against Harry and Meghan.
However, contrary to what one might think, the statements did not come from London. The one who spoke was Meghan’s father, Mr. Thomas Markle.
As he himself says, the relationship between Meghan and her father was not at all the simplest. Precisely for this reason, Thomas Markle has never met her son-in-law and did not attend his daughter’s wedding in London. Despite that, he states that he strongly regrets the fact that he will be able to meet and enjoy his two grandchildren.
Thomas Markle accuses Harry and Meghan of having been treated with contempt, as much as the royal family, and is unable to give a reason. Finally, concludes Mr. Markle, “Archie and Lilibet have two grandparents who want to see them, one of whom is the king of England,” as reported by the Daily Mail.
