Last has realized one of the biggest dreams of Cleara young fan of Lumezzanetown in the province of Brescia. The fan – forced immobile in a special wheelchair – can only move her big blue eyes, which she opens wide when she is happy or content. Thanks to the “Make a wish” association, which makes the dreams of sick children come true, Chiara managed to meet Ultimo, who sang one of her most famous songs to her.

Claudia, Chiara’s sister, was very emotional when she saw Ultimo singing “Piccola Stella” to her in the kitchen at home.
