A piece of Ciociaria conquers Milan and big capital. Lmdv Capital, family office of Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, has signed a financing agreement in recent days with Impredo SpA, a historic construction company and leader in luxury real estate development which has its roots in the great construction tradition of Ciociaria.
The operation, announced last December 22nd, strengthens Impredo’s corporate assets and provides for a possible entry into the capital of the construction company of up to 50%, tied to strategic goals. The bond between the Del Vecchio family and Ciociaria becomes even more solid: in June 2024 it acquired 95% of the shares of the Acque e Terme Fiuggi company. The new bottling plant was inaugurated last September.
The goal is to triple production volumes from the current 22 million liters to around 70 million by 2028 and transform Acqua Fiuggi into a luxury brand. The Strategic and Industrial Plan 2025–2028″ which provides for over 40 million investments, of which 15 have already been made. Investments which will also affect the thermal plant.
Now Del Vecchio’s fund is also focusing on the real estate sector. Founded in 2014 under the leadership of entrepreneur Daniele D’Orazio, originally from Monte San Giovanni Campano, Impredo has gone beyond local borders to establish itself as an integrated platform in real estate, hospitality and urban regeneration.
Central to the growth path is the Mastri 4.0 project, an initiative dedicated to the training of construction workers, which brings the value of qualified skills back to the center of the sector by offering paths aimed at direct insertion on construction sites and responding to the challenges of a market that rewards executive quality and a solid supply chain.
«The entry of Lmdv confirms a clear industrial vision – explains the founder Daniele D’Orazio – growing means investing in the quality of people and processes. Mastri 4.0 was born from this principle, enhancing the Ciociaria human heritage with a model that connects training, business and real work.”
A long-term vision, that of D’Orazio, also confirmed by Marco Talarico, CEO of Lmdv Capital who commented on the operation as “a support for a company with solid fundamentals and a long-term vision, preserving autonomy and management continuity”.
The projects
Impredo closed the 2024 calendar year with revenues of 22.8 million; numerous iconic projects have been carried out in recent years, from the De Montel and Syre San Siro spas in Milan to Palazzo Missori and Parco dei Principi in Rome. Among the most significant operations underway in Ciociaria are the nursery school in Mastrazze and the Angelicum school, both in Monte San Giovanni Campano.
The growth path of recent years has seen the company collaborate with partners of the caliber of Kryalos, Savills Sgr, Barings and Finint Sgr, DeA Capital, Terme Italia and Axa Re, leading names in the field of real estate and international finance which demonstrate the scalability of the “building as if the capital were one’s own” model, as Daniele D’Orazio himself has repeatedly underlined.
The alliance with Del Vecchio junior led Impredo to also develop Twiga Milano, celebrating Ciociaria talent in a key sector for the urban regeneration of the Milanese capital. A pride for the province of Frosinone, which exports excellence, skills and industrial vision.
