While we are waiting to discover the official prices of the Fiat Pandina, of which we already know the unofficial prices, the Turin brand has published an interesting story which portrays, for the first time, what will be the New generation panda in its standard version, completely different from the current one.
We know that there may be a lot of confusion among users between Panda and Pandina, so let’s try to summarize quickly. The Fiat Panda Hybrid that we have known in recent years he will retire soon, in less than a month. In fact, from July 2024, the European Union will require new cars to offer electronic assistance systems to increase on-board safety. Fiat has decided not to update its Panda Hybrid but to create a special edition called Pandina, preserving the external design and bringing some internal improvements, in addition obviously to the ADAS required by law. A “transitional” restyling that will fill the gap between the “old” Panda Hybrid and the new Fiat Panda 2024, completely renewed in the footsteps of the new Citroen C3.
Stellantis has not yet made the design of the car official, we only have a few concept images that broadly mimic what the production model will be; today however on his account Instagram Global Fiat has published an interesting teaser of the new Panda 2024 which clearly shows the design of the wheels and front bumper (click here to see it in full on Instagram), which actually looks as boxy as the concept car. Also note the bright yellow of the bodywork, with Fiat possibly having taken a “pop” path similar to the one Renault chose with the Renault 5 E-Tech, also available in green and yellow. We just have to wait for further information on the model.
