Here is the text that Tesla Team sent to disappointed customers, with 4 different options: “GDear customer, your order was not included among the incentive reservations, as the funds ran out too quickly. Regarding your order, you can:
1) maintain his order (RN). You will receive a new order contract in which the state Ecobonus contribution will be eliminated, but Tesla will give you a €3,000 discount as a gesture of goodwill. The contribution is linked to the delivery of the vehicle by 30 June 2024.
2) cancel your order, and from tomorrow join with a new order a Promotion that will be communicated by Tesla. Benefiting from free charging at our Supercharger Network for 2 years (or 20,000 km, whichever comes first). The offer will be available from tomorrow, subject to terms and conditions which will be made available shortly. The contribution is linked to the delivery of the vehicle by 30 June 2024.
3) maintain its order (RN), awaiting any new financing from the Funds dedicated to vehicles with 0-20 g/km CO2 emissions. For which, however, Tesla cannot assume any responsibility, as this is the responsibility of the relevant bodies exclusively. And therefore the dynamics of running out of funds does not allow us to provide any guarantee regarding the success of the booking.
4) cancel your order. Where legally required, the advance will be reimbursed. We ask you to respond to this communication indicating the option chosen no later than June 13th. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order“.
