  • 250 grams of already cooked octopus;

  • 50 grams of smoked provola;
  • 2 iceberg leaves;

Method

First, take your already cleaned and cooked octopus and place it on a cutting board. Following, brush the octopus with a solution of oil, salt and pepper and in the meantime heat up a grill pan. When it is hot, cook the octopus for about 4 minutes on each side.
