Although the recent declarations of the Minister of Economy and Finance leave no room for intervention, the conversion process of the Legislative Decree of 29 March 2024, n. 39 (Decree cuts sales), with the classic round of hearings in the Senate.
Decree cuts sales: hearings in the Senate
In the session of 9 April 2024 (we remind you that the deadline for conversion is set for 28 May 2024) various associations and interested parties were heard, including the National Association of Building Contractors (ANCE) whose overall assessment of the emergency provision of the Government appears to be substantially negative.
In particular, ANCE expressed its opinion on the first two articles of the Law Decree:
- art. 1 – Changes to the regulations regarding options for the assignment of credits or for invoice discounts;
- art. 2 – Changes to the regulations regarding remission to performing status.
